@@BudiBuluk659 it has low triggering rate, and it scale with P.ATK too which need DEX. The fact that Hawk Mastery passive scale Falcon damage with DEX already sentence the death of INT ranger.

@@bryanreyes5838 looks fine. Get ppen only from talisman and alberta enchant, then use card to get pdmgb/neutral. But 4th job is released in tw server, I recommend to change to dex, either pen or crit.

@@pakdhe494 ive been ranger crit since day 1, and you dont need that much final crit tbh.. 180-200% is enough for boss hunt.. And lastly its easier to get 800℅ bonus crit than 800℅ final ppen so crit is cheaper and suitable for f2p.

dex ranger already got a lot of advantage after the DEX patch, like precision shot, true sight, beast bane. now they buff further in 4th job. may i know your enchant? how many lines of X at weapon/armor/acc?

Thanks! I cannot overcome this issue, just get as much hit from guild blessing and some dex. Boss hunt are mostly fine at 57.6% Hitrate, but ob9/10 and AGI player are problem to me. How about your case?

@@mouseplay-sv3qk i see, yeah i thinks every job class got a lack on their own. Well obviously i fought upper boss with 500+ dex and +9 vine LB, yet still many missed hit haha.

@@bksoul4645 Hard to say the ideal percent, if you have 300% neutral but low ppen/pdmg, your output will not be good. you need the stats to be balance, refer my ratio for Ppen:Pdmgb:Neutral. I won't say this is the best ratio, but this is the best i can do with my current progress. Just push ur stats as much as u can, and swap them when required, like what i did here. No im not using element arrow because my enchant is neutral%. I do use water arrow in pvp sometimes.

for me minimum 200% element then every 200% ppen you need 150% pdmg bonus

For INT ranger, we just use white set. Yes we have this "Miss" issue on some monster, there is no solution, just try to get more Hit from guild blessing. Try push Enchant first, Upgrade can prioritize accessory and talisman.

@@argievelez8853 convert acc to alberta first, start with prontera level 15. Make sure you have high ppen from talisman upgrade because alberta ppen% is based on your raw ppen.

I dont think full blue is good, because we need PEN or CRIT from Talisman for damage. If you insist, then go for Dex-Pen Build, with dex/int talisman, and need good amount of PPEN (EA8/EA9) from payon and alberta.

Even if i attain the 50% more damage to boss? With high tier full blue? Another question pls? How about meta build for MVP? Can you help me with that?

@@Thirdie18 with the 50% still weaker, i believe so. It is easy to find out, u can swap your talisman to blue now (with +2 +3 refine maybe), and compare the difference. as for ranger, dex is the meta now.

Haha why? dex is stronger right? I cannot tell because everyone's stat is different, but INT is very important. You can take my stats in this video as a reference, and decide yourself. 4609INT / 660.2 PEN% is better than 3929INT / 768.95PEN% I will definity switch back to INT if possible, and try to gain more INT moving forward.
