Xfinity has some nerve, they increased my bill while simultaneously blocking my Red Sox, Bruins, & Celtics channels,…what these geniuses forgot was the ONLY reason I haven’t cut the cord is for those teams flagship stations, so by their actions they have dug their own grave,…dumping Xfinity today, bye bye,..how bout $0 dollars a month from now on!!! SEE YA!!

People cant understand if the agent cant lower your bill or after the promo ended thats because there isnt any on the account and if the agent tries to pitch the mobile line with discount thats means thats the only option left on the account and nothing else some people just give 4 or 5 review and ruin the day for the agents day, i would say its always better to bunndle your mobile services as you get huge discounts for 12 to 24 months. You will at least be saving $@75 to 80 altogther

The one big thing that happened is that my dad cut his service and somehow he used an old Comcast email address to initially connect my service at my apartment. He recently cut his service, and he inadvertently cut off my service and not to mention I had to go through a whole bunch of other bullshit like saying my modem wasn't conducive to the speed I was paying for for my internet. And the worst part is my billing cycle has been screwed up now because it's easier to pay most of my major bills at the beginning of the month rather than the Middle where all my money is sucked away from other bills... I've just about had enough of their crap.
