BLOOD INCANTATION - The Stargate (Official Trailer)
The Stargate presents the saga of a mysterious artifact and its victims in a hallucinatory synthesis of science fiction and folk horror, where mindbending imagery and unsettling atmospheres converge in a surreal tale of primeval blood magic, interdimensional travel and grotesque otherworldly technology beginning in the Dark Ages and journeying into voids of deep space.
Directed by award winning cinematographer Michael Ragen (Guillermo del Toro’s "Cabinet of Curiosities": The Viewing) and featuring mesmerizing analog fluid effects by Chris Parks (The Fountain) with an original score by Blood Incantation, The Stargate is unlike anything you have experienced before.
Theatrical premiere September 10th at Brain Dead Studios in Los Angeles.
The new album “Absolute Elsewhere” unleashes October 4th worldwide.

I felt like the alien they summoned just tryna go home man
What a dream experience.
That album is a true masterpiece and I can't get off it... Been constantly listening to it for weeks now. Thank you guys for creating such amazing stuff and taking us on a journey!
4:19 is that Brian Eno's oblique strategies?!
Wonder what Terence would think. Probably really proud of some fellow Colorado boys.
I watched this at the right time of night by accident and now it's the masterpiece I'll get at least 15 years of obsession from
Only Panos Cosmatos could make this better
Baby's 1st Progressive Death Metal

Dont let the nice guys look fool you, these guys are EVIL as hell, I am pretty sure they are aliens, the bad kind, sent here to destroy the human race. Dont say I didnt warn ya.
Magma T-Shirt!
It's awesome but too much. You can't jam everything into one song.
The fight scenes in this were far mpre superior and convincing than all of the fights in Gladiator 2. And I'm not even exaggerating. Well done. Great video and music. Respect.
Its like you captured everything i like about music in one piece, on top you did this brilliant shortfilm. What a journey this was...holy shait. 🖤🖤🖤
Best album of all time. Period. 🔥
Where can I find that metal gear: psycho mantis top.
AWESOOOOOME
Masterpiece!
When I was a baby, tangerine dream was the band I listened to in the hospital, I was an overdue birth and had health complications, When I was in the incubator my dad would play tangerine dream for me, if it got turned off I would cry and scream the place down, I’m 26 nearly 27 now and have listened to metal since I was 12 years old, after hearing this album it feels like it’s came full circle, I love death metal and heavy synth, I’m a big fan of stuff like orbital, leftfield and tangerine dream etc, I’m so grateful you guys made this album, it really resonates with me, all I can say is thank you so much for making this record, it’s one of my favourite records of all time and I hope this message reaches you all. Thank you.
Thank you for that masterpiece!

Bass player is wearing a Camel tee, cool! I wish they were my mates, it's difficult to come across people who have the same passion for Camel AND Morbid Angel.
I want this documentary on Laserdisc 😊... DVD also should be okay.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The Magma t-shit takes it all.
Aye, Michael "Away" Lagevin of VoiVod, had confirmed that they were great fans too - and you know, Blood Incantation for me are kind like descendants of VoiVod, in this 'open minded mode' spirit, and following the same influences as VoiVod.
I will be the party pooper to say that I don't like the drum /snare tone on the album : it's the generic, beefed-up, "perfect" sound I'm hearing everywhere around these late years🤪
Apple Music told me I had over 1000 min listening to Blood Incantation and I’ve only listened to this album…. 😂
That drone shot at the beginning was so good!!
Hehe "Doobie Brothers" 🤪 if you read how that old Band adopted their name, and watch this roof footage again, you will know what I am talking about! 🤪
Interesting to see the inside of Hansa Studio.
Pink Incantation or Blood Floyd?
Sincere question - how do you all replicate this when you play live? There is SO much stuff in this studio, dang.
One of the most interesting albums of the year, and now I can see why. The work of passionate artists
Thank you for sharing this. This is truly amazing to watch. It gives a depth to the album beyond the music. Please make more of this.
The fire spirits know...
It is an ideal situation hahaha
More bands need documentaries like this, incredible album, in the top 3 for me of everything this year 🤙🏻 ain’t easy being cheesy
Heinrich Himmler really let him self go
LOL
I dunno what any of this technical shit means but it's fascinating and I look forward to the next segment of this
Complete trip
amazing
New album is sick guys! My favorite production this year.
These guys are awesome
I cant wait to watch this on acid!
I cant express enough how much this album reignited the flame within me to get excited about music again. Thank you guys from up the hill in Buena Vista! Colorado is the new Norway.
This is so fucking good i think I just ripped my fucking eyes. How is this possible to be this good I can’t fucking understand. Those guys are aliens. If somebody talk smack about them it’s on sight mf let’s go idc.
Amen
This album is amazing start to finish. The 45 mins goes by too fast so i usually listen to it more than once at a time while I work. It’s a cosmic masterpiece. The effects on the vocals the guitars the solos the multiple instruments used on the album. It’s amazing. It reminds me of a death metal pink floyd at times. I heard this band on a radio station in New Jersey I love Death and old school death metal bands and I don’t listen to new music as much but this is spark for new love for new death metal I love it
I'm from Colorado. Hails!

Great band aesthetically but they need to work on their songwriting. Many of the sections felt haphazardly stapled together, and there was little in the way of thematic development.
Well, this is just plain wrong...
Brother. I think you maybe need a little more of depth in your musical vision. I think this is why it’s different.
I also thought the pieces or sections of the songs progress in interesting ways. Record is a culmination of all these guys hard work and efforts
dude what planet do you live on
To me seems like they have all these non-metal influences, but they're kind of recreating things in a specific way, and leaving each section separated the way it is (I mean, there is the ambient part, there is the death metal part, there is the Eloy or Floyd part, etc.), than incorporating all these influences together, the way VoiVod did back in the 80's. As an older guy, I can see where everything comes from, and I bet Blood Incantation gonna be a super exciting band for the younger people out there, who are not exposed to all these older sounds, moods and influences the way we happened to. I guess, I need to listen to this record more, in order to appreciate their kind logic and their way of work.
my fav record since Crack The Skye by Mastodon
Es imposible explicar la manera en que me volaron la cabeza desde la primera vez que los escuche, son los mejores, ¡¡¡¡gracias por tanto!!!!
loving the footage from in the studio. so cool
