I would brown the onions a little more (put the lid on for 5 min at the beginning on medium-low heat, also put the garlic a few minutes after the onions that way the don’t lose all of their flavor (the smaller the food) the faster it cooks, and in this case onions have a looot of water…that way it’s not only salty and aromatic, but also sweet

That anxiety after having kids is normal, and it will never go away. We just learn to live with it. We tend to amplify our fears to the max when we have kids. It happens more to us, SAHMs because we are 24/7 making sure to keep the kids alive. Mom that work outside the house, experience it less becuase they have someone else to take care of them.
