Eric and Jocky were my two fav players and as a Scot the Scots loved to hate Eric but i never did , i think they thought him a big head but he wasnt , i always said he is at the Muhammad Ali stuff and it worked for him ..Never met Eric sadly but as said he and Jocky my 2 favs ..Eric Bristow had best record of tournament wins in his days and for me no 1 player ..Jocky came bit later in life and did very well for himself and i noticed Eric was at Jocky funeral in Kirkcaldy in Scotland seen on snippet on Scottish News ..Later Eric passed away also sadly ..Id have loved to met Bristow as knew he liked a good ole chuckle and banter would have been double tops . Rip to them great darters .
interviewer is kind of dick, wenger handles it with class
wonder if barry is a free mason .
He made Arsenal Great again.😮
Arsene Wenger The Legendary Coach
I wonder what the guy with the yellow wristband, who looked at David Walsh as if he was completely nuts, thinks now ...
Everyone can learn from this exceptional human being. What an inspiration and a lesson in integrity.❤
Wenger is the best man ever, personality is so great & knowledgeable coach.
I have a lot of love and respect for David Walsh, gotta say though this channel is ridiculous.
The smirk on wengers face
This guy can’t get it through his head that Bristow thinks it’s (self belief) something you’re born with.
Very good
Eric was the man who made darts what they are today he was the man
Great Manager for the first ten years of his Arsenal tenure. But in the end he way past his sell by date. He should have stood down in 2014 when he and Arsenal won their first Major honour in 9 years, and still Qualified for the Champions League. He stayed on four years to long.
Arsene Wenger is the best man a legend a great professional
kind of terrible interviewer kept trying to add little witty remarks but werent hitting and distracting from the interview
Thanks
Should never have been hounded out by my own supporters which I’ll never forgive and many feel the same
"The regret is between what you have done and what you should have done" This man. Love him
I love Arsene. Terrible interviewer, but great to see the Boss talking like this
I really thought the reporting on Arsene during those yrs was poor. In America, they talked about how his collaboration with David Dein would be hard to replicate in other sports because of the additional positions(GM, President etc). They didn't discuss how the new stadium affected transfers, which gave the impression that Arsene was just cheap & stubborn. What AV accomplished was extraordinary
Amazing how the scumbag arsenal fans treated Arsene in his final days. Revolutionised football and Arsenal but got thrown out the door like common trash due to a run of bad results. The best part being they've declined even more!
They are still fighting for top four as they was under wenger in the latter years and playing europa league football so id say they are in the same place they was under wenger. Only difference now the trajectory is looking upwards rather than down. But even so "there's only 1 Arsene Wenger"❤
Beautiful man beautiful soul hounded out by scum who follow Arsenal I was never one of them and never forgive them for the treatment of this great human being
There are statues of Tony Adams/Dennis Bergkamp/ and Thierry Henry ...SHOULD THERE NOT BE ONE OF ARSENE TOO !!!!
Merci Arsene
His mindset was spot on!
‘’If you’re really stepping out of your comfort zone, nobody really likes the outcome’’. Keep pushing
MERCY WENGER .. BEST MAN .. BSST COUCH . BEST GOONER .. ARSENAL FANS WILL FORVER REGRET LOOSING U SIRE
Always hilarious !
Arsene Wenger being a class act as always. The worst thing Arsenal fans ever did was hound him out of the club.
I'll bet Trump would not have fired Katie. She's awesome.
I’m pretty sure this was Eric Bristow’s last interview
Pat Rice doesn't like other people holding his microphone when he speaks. Lol
Nowadays most whites kids in London speak English with a hybrid Jamaican dialect which is very different from the anglo saxon cockney dialect of English which was spoken by this Eric Bristow. In the early 2000's, young white kids on council estates in London became JAMAICANISED. This is when they starting speaking with English with a hybrid Jamaican dialect. For example, Essex county is the only place in Britain where the cockney dialect/and or accent is still spoken. TO SUMMARISE: In the 1980's all the national British companies went through a process called national - PRIVATISATION - and then almost - SIMULTANEOUSLY - all the poor - NATIONAL - white kids endured a process called - JAMAICANISATION - which did indeed definitely - LEAD - to all poor - NATIONAL - white girls on council estates quickly - UNDERGO - a process called Jamaican extreme - INSEMINATION - and thus all the young - RESULTING - half cast babies initiated a full - NATIONAL - process called extreme - BASTARDISATION. Remember everyone, that the last point regarding bastardisation is entirely optional, and is not my view but instead is the view of white nationalists.
when this man joined Arsenal, Alex Ferguson shit himself, you could tell by the comments he made when Arsene's name was mentioned, he behaved like a child, and Arsene changed the game and fergie had to follow or slip in to the depths of an also ran, Arsene was a gift to the Premier league, a true legend.
The reason those comments were made by Sir Alex was because Arsene Wenger declined to move the fixture schedule of the leaque because Man utd were playing Ucl and in retrospect Arsene Wenger was right, in every other leaque worldwide the just move the team that plays in Europe not the entire league schedule
What a guy, fascinating to listen to! I'd imagine there would be celebrations if ever he was back in the dugout at the Emirates. Very much "The Professor"!

🥰
It was the non thinking fans that wanted him gone. Everyone with plenty of brain cells, appreciated beauty and mind of Arsene. God Bless you and thank you for everything that you did for us. In Africa you are still a god. Still!
Brilliant Manager and fantastic man. The way the media treated him throughout his career was a disgrace. From the 4th place trophy jibe (he was right) to the lies and dishonesty about what the stadium did to Arsenal financially. In a day of cheque book managers and oil money, he was a breath of fresh air with his development of players and ability to coach players, like Henry, to be something they never thought they were. A statue should be built at the Emirates.
Title correction: An ebening with Arsene Wenger
48:52 Pat Rice clearly not a big fan of Eboue!
It’s good for him to terminate his job. He is done enough for one club. It’s time for younger managers to follow his marvelous path in managing career
Shame that Wenger was interviewed by such an awful presenter.
Arsenal fans needs to apologise to this man. He built them a good club and left a good lagecy, sacrificed his career for Arsenal and all Arsenal fans could do is talk him out of the club
My respect for this man is boundless and I sincerely apologize for the disrespectful way he was treated by some of the fans. Look at what this man did considering the financial constraints he faced.
