My chains to lose i got that tensioner but chain to loose if i take one more lnk to short any ideas cant move tire or bike chain to losse aghhh

I just tried this with my carb I forgot it was the bofang I’m new to these bikes but now I know the bofang and hp use different jets

I lost my e clip shot across my garage somewhere hate the little fucks! So I tried to hammer the top of the needle and make a washer of it. Brittle material ended up bending it and snapped. So with my back yard larry skills. I sat down smoked a joint and thought wtf am I gonna do now. May aswell buy a new carb for price of needle and clip. Got thinking what I have around in shop. Well I ended up using a air needle end for filling up basketballs! Works better than my original needle 😂 not joking tho! To anyone else stuck reading this here's your fix.

First time I put that garbage stock tensioner on, it turned inwards on start-up. Complete destroyed the spokes and rim

What about if you're running too rich with the hp carb??? I'm going to switch the original for the nt and hope it works

2 each there own, rag joints are working fine for me. I do have mags with screw on 1 way. Have 2 sets of mags still using spokes and rag joints without problems tho. I heard those adaptors r expensive and have there own issues. Idk no problems going with rag joints.

I figured out you can extend your chain tensioner if it’s hitting on something with one of the sprocket plates incase anyone has had that problem.

My tensioner came in right at a turn after a 40mph stop and broke my spokes and masterlink, i ordered this tensioner with the sprocket instead of the wheel

Just got a little d2 R kit. 4 piece. All stock. The kick pedal is useless sadly. I need new one. Cymbals too. Then heads. I am an old school drummer of nearly 25 ish years up to 05. About 16 or so years since playing. Big rust collects brother. I been messing with guitar. But now i have that fever. Cant wait to find a way to trade some guitar gear for what i need. Hahh. You sound good bro!!! Im an old dream theater and Rush primus maiden fan. But with guitar ive been back into floyd. Lol. Peace.

That tensioner is 100% necessary. I use the rag joint though lol

I put this chain tensioner on and it makes the chain bounce just a little. so on start up the motor throws the chain forward for a split second and with those two motions combined at just the right time it locks the chain up in that curve in the sprocket housing and it flipped me of my bike

Dear Sir-Still on the fence with the sprocket adapters. My 13 year old first bike build was stolen last Friday:( Have you had any problems with your sprocket adapter slipping?My new bike has a painted hub, which I don't know if this will be an issue with the hub adapter slipping. The incoming sprocket adapter does have recessed screw holes. Thanx for any updates-John in Texas

Is adjusting this at 2400 feet nessary. Is that what is supposed to be adjusted when your elevation changes to make the engine run better or something

Or just keep the NT carburetor because they're very good carbs if you know how to tune them. They make every size jet from 60 to 90 and if you're just running a stock little 66cc engine they're plenty big enough. I know personally they're good for 50 mph

Disk or rim brakes only for me. Coaster brakes are a pain to replace when they fail.

I agree those rubber rag sprocket adaptors are junk. I am 63 years old and have been a professional fishing guide since 1976 so I build these motorized bikes to leave at the boat take out for the end of the day when after using the drift boat to fish a long stretch of river then use the bike to get back up the river to get the truck & trailer to come back to the boat launch take out to load the boat. I don't need speed I just need reliability to get back up the river to the truck and boat trailer which could be a 10-mile motor bike ride and ride just before dark you don't want to peddle a bike the 10 miles. I have one bike with a 212-predator engine and a second bike with a 2 stroke 80 cc motor.

Cheap shit lol next time I'm just ordering the engine had I known the hardware it came with is just a bunch of cheap junk keeps you wrenching on the dam thing great for kids who wanna learn engines but yeah chain and tensioner and a better sprocket assembly on the rear fucks up your spokes if you ride like i don't peddle except to start it I bought 2 rewindz they lasted 2 monhs and fell apart inside bolts were getting stripped from constantly having to tighten everything The Rewind bolts are tiny The second rewind I even locktite where I could and month an half spring broke and a dog came off blew the magnetic rotor Next time ordering dirt bike parts from Honda costs more but don't fall apart on you lol

don’t buy these the string in mine broke after 2 days i didn’t t do anything to it i was just riding and it broke of and i had to find the handle part. i opened it up and there was shredded metal and stuff in the compartment it was in from it being worn down so much

I tried to use a 5mm jet in my carb and the threads were way too small and it wouldn't even thread into my carb. However I looked all over for larger carb jets and cannot find any?

Why so many coaster brake bikes? Bad idea when it comes to gas motors.

I have been on this kick lately about chain tensioners..and you have it right..this is the way I have mine set up..spring loaded off the clutch cover, (away from rear wheel) plus changing out the plastic guide wheel with a metal sprocket..way to go..great setup and build

Maybe you help me sir yeah I don't like the stuff came with the kit too like you're talking about can you show me a stuff like you're having where you get a order it on eBay or whatever and doesn't matter what your teeth is on the back end because my chain is pretty nice size I got a 70cc cheap brand motor all that I just want to ride it around for gas and the stuff you let me know send me an email or something to look the stuff up how much of stuff cost for me I like doing like you're you're saying you're doing now on video okay thank you sir please get back with me thank you
