what is the reason of choose the z rotation matrix in this robot and the articulated robot in previous video we used y rotation matrix in the first ?

Hi, I tried your matlab code I have obtained the DH matrix like yours but the SCARA.teach command does not work

Thank you for your reply. Actually the problem was in the Peter corke toolbox that I uploaded in MATLAB. The program works well now, thank you. However SCARA robot have another rotoide as final joint.
What is " rotoide"@@djebalaamira5435 ?

@@djebalaamira5435 I am doing the inverse kinematics using the ikine code and combining it with the forward kinematics of the toolbox. I'm doing it also using the GUI of MATLAB.
