How tf did that answer make any sense?

The book is an easy read for a lay-person to follow and understand. I enjoyed listening to this lecture. I now understand why we need more experience and knowledge before transboundary aquifers law can be formulated! We need a global outcry to speed up the IWL process to prevent conflicts. So far 468 transboundary acquires have been identified globally and we have only 8 transboundary water treaties!!

Are "artesian" wells the same as flowing wells?

I live in Oklahoma USA. The state has been injecting well waste water below the Arbuckle into the Crystalline layer. Please tell me how this is going to effect our ground water.
