Will be the most iconic stadium in the championship

Saying Goodison was impossible to expand is a lie as it could easily have been re-built with just a few terraced houses removed unlike Anfield which swallowed up street after full street. The new stadium will ensure that some plastic outlets are built next to some soul-less apartments and other inferior homes with no real community, the same rubbish that the planners have always delivered.

Stadium from the outside looks cool because as an East Bayer after seeing the Howard Terminal renderings, I love waterfront stadiums. Design is a bit fucked though (what’s with the need for that brown wall?). And contrary to all the jokes in the comments, Everton will be fine when it comes to the relegation battle. They’ve pulled a draw against the Magpies and beat Palace.

This will be the most expensive stadium in the championship by far 😅

Let's hope this is true as recent videos would suggest that they have not taken high rainfall into account 🤣
