Is it a hanging nest? I have never seen an oriole’s nest. How many chicks? How wonderful to have them in your garden. Thanks for sharing. Many blessings 😊❤
@sharonromero128 they come back every year. It's woven through the leaf of the banana plant nice and securely. There's at least 2 but I think there's actually 3. I will post more updates as they grow since she put the nest so low this time and I can see them 😀
Awww. That's wonderful! 💕🐦 How amazing that they can weave a nest in the banana leaf like that. It makes a perfect cradle swaying back and forth. 😊
That's so cute.
Don't eat them they can contain yellow squash poison. , yellow squash can contain a toxic compound called cucurbitacin E, which can cause cucurbit poisoning or toxic squash syndrome. However, this is extremely rare and you can usually tell if a squash is toxic by its taste. Toxic squash is so bitter that you probably won't want to eat it, and even a few bites could make you violently ill. If you do eat bitter squash, you might experience severe stomach cramps and diarrhea that can last for several days. Other symptoms include vomiting, gastrointestinal bleeding, hypotension, and shock.
Found your channel while watching Robbie's channel. I usually struggle with peppers. Thanks for the great tips. I will use them this season. ❤
So...? How did Vigoro perform? Would love to hear!
It's good. A little chunkier than the other but I'm pleased
I just planted some today, how did they turn out?
My first batch did ok. I didn't yield as many on the micro tubers as I did on standard size starters. I did however start new micro tubers a few weeks ago and they are already growing so we will see how those do.
Looks like he's having fun. Who doesn't love a dancing avocado. 😊👍
I love ❤️ your mom & dad,! She send me to your channel 🙌🏻🦋🤗
Wow, so fun. Wish I was there 😅. What a wonderful son❤❤❤. Entertaining everyone 😊😊😊.
This looks like so much fun !!!
How Fun! Devin was Great! Love how He loves to volunteer for so many organizations ❤❤❤❤
Looks like fun!!! Who doesn’t love an avocado?🥑🥑🌵🥑🥑
Thank you so much for your musa videos! Honestly, this is the best, specific information that I’ve been able to access online. I just bought my first pink nono musa and discovering how little good info is out there!
Awe, thanks! There is literally no info. I meant to do an update on them. I tried wintering them outside but almost lost them halfway thru winter, so I brought them both in. They looked so rough when I brought them in around February, but they look really good now and am about to put them back out again. I'm now debating on planting the one with no white and leaving the other in a pot. They are much more fragile to weather than any of my other bananas.
So cute 😅❤❤. They were having so much fun 😅.
They LOVE the water. There's no keeping them out 😆
I have grown potatoes for years but this year I got the micro tubers. I did some reading about them and as long as they produce, I think that they're a great idea.
I just purchased 3 more sets. Gonna see how they do for me this year
My favourite 🎉 plant ☘️
Those look so delicious. I am trying for peppers again this year. So far I have lunch box, shishito and black cobra sprouting. Any suggestions? The brown one looks interesting.
My husband really likes the aji Cristal peppers. Those were one of his favorites from last season. Not burn your face off hot, but still a hot heat. The fatalii peppers were great producers for ke as well.
@@adventurouslabradoodles Thanks, I’ll order some seeds.
What are those particles at 2:25 ?
Yeah I don't know! I was wondering the same thing cuz we didn't see so much burn off like that in the others.
actually I live in Pakistan and I'd seen some spacecrafts in the sky 3 days ago.
Then i took the picture of craft and google it and find your videos.
Now they would need a bath
Yup! 😆 love the water tho
We saw it last night here in Mesa, Az
Is this normal to have so many space launches?
We have not had this many ever. I was just saying the same thing to my husband! What's Elon up to! 😆
We are heartbroken! We’ve shopped at our 99 cent only for years. Ours carries affordable fresh fruit and vegetables much of it organic.
It's sad. I feel for the families who rely on this store for their household shopping.
Our Family Dollar store is closing 14 miles away.
That's really unfortunate. All the discount stores are disappearing
😭 I have been getting plants from them, great price compared to their other big box stores
Thank you for sharing ❤, enjoyed watching the video 😊
Thank you for sharing!🚀
Wow! Thanks
Cool video! Thanks for sharing. 😊
Saw it here too!! Nice video
i just got two purple types from same place and i paid a whopping $17 for ten . i sure hope they dont disappoint. yours did well!
I just got two type from same.place but my bags are brown and black and just say three words. Potato Micro Tuber. see instructions or anything like your bags. I got purple magesty was $17 for 10. expensive but im bored I guess 😂 great video thanks for sharing.
How interesting! Something we don't get to see out here in Southern Kansas!🚀
Falcon 9 🚀 I love watching these never gets old. They used to post on TH-cam not anymore ☹️
I follow Robbie and Gary. Love them! I live in Orlando and can see the launches from Cape Canaveral. In over 14 years, I have never grown tired of watching them. My husband just shakes his head when I run outside at 3am.
Thanks for your good work in comparing these soils. I'm convinced.
Wow! I wish I'd found your videos before I ordered potatoes from Baker Creek. I prefer bigger potatoes so I know not to plant seed potatoes less than an inch or two in diameter for large potatoes and to cut off all but 2 or 3 sprouts. The micro tubers they sent don't have any sprouts at all. 🤨
You will still get potatoes, they just didn't yield as much as the standard size did for me. Maybe u will have better luck than I did, but yes, none have sprouts or eyes. It's probably because they are micros.
@@adventurouslabradoodles Thanks 😊 I'll have to give them a try anyway. Thanks to weird weather no spuds last year and the type of potatoes I like can be hard to find.
Try etsy! I was able to find several types on there. I love viking potatoes. They yelled so many potato for me, but I bought a bunch of different varieties during the summer on etsy
Did they have eyes when you planted them, or did you just plant them as is
No eyes. Planted as is
Zzzzzzzzzz
New here👍🏽How 😎 Great job fellow gardener. I definitely want to try growing these
Hi! These were so fun to grow and produce so much fruit! I'm a minimalist gardener, so I don't do too much for my plants and these still produced great for me.
Not sure if you will see this, but thinking of you and your family and what you are going through with your weather. Stay safe!❤
Thank u!! It's not terrible here. I love rain, so its very calming for me. I especially love driving in it when there arent other idiots driving (which unfortunately isnt that often lol)We have had some minor city damage and some road closures. Street is flooded. We do have a lovely leak in our new roof, but we are coping. Thank u!!
That was weeping plum.
Thanks for the short on your 5 on 1 apple tree. I'd forgotten about grafted multiple varieties. So I ent shopping my local large nursery today and they have just gotten their bareroot stock in. I was able to choose a 6 on 1 apple. So thank you for posting this short. I also went to Home Depot today and found many varieties of extreme dwarf trees developed specifically as patio fruit trees to be grown in pots. I got pear, nectarines, peaches, and even wiping plum. Can't wait t get them potted
how long will it take to grow fruit from seedling? We have one thats about 8 inches tall.
Honestly I'm not sure, I have had mine for a year now and they are only about 2 ft at this point, BUT I'm sure they would do much better in the ground and warm all year round. I do plan to plant the the Florida variegated pups this spring as they have been wintering outside and actually doing quite well. The nono's look terrible right now and I had to bring them back in for the winter two weeks ago. They are now perking back up and growing new leaves. They do not handle socal winter well at all.
Wonderful garden you've created in such a small area. It appears that the lush, close together style benefits all the plants. Kinda like a tropical jungle with a strong understory of growth. I look forward to learning more from your success. I'm curious about your trees and if they're all planted in ground. If so, did you do some compost in place beforehand? I've tried growing a Hachiya persimmon that supposedly didn't need a pollinator partner. It grew beautifully but never set fruit. It appears your Fuyu doesn't need one. I'm also planning on peppers, wonder if they are in compost totes, pots or ground. It's good knowing they like a shady environment. I'm in Ramona near San Diego and have gardened here for 50 years, but am now doing a re-do ala Robbie style raised and mostly "critter proof". But I have a chainlink fenced kennel about 20'x30' and hope to emulate yours. So one other question, does your fencing have shade cloth on the long side? Thanks, a new subscriber who start binge watching your channel, especially now with these storms. Cheers, MaryAnne
Hi! I do have shade cloth on one side of our fence, it's really only for privacy reasons. But I do believe it has benefited the plants I have along the fence line. All peppers are in totes, pots and grow bags. I personally do not compost in place (🙈) I know I should, but I do call myself the minimalist gardener lol. I do throw granules of fertilizer in my totes and around the trees. Also when prepping the totes u do put green and brown matter leaves and twigs at the bottom of the totes before putting the soil for extra nutrients to break down in the soil. Green matter is usually collard leaves as we have so much of it around, or tree cuttings. The persimmon did not need a pollinator. I purchase most of my trees from four wind growers and they are excellent with the descriptions on what needs a pollinators and what does not. I made sure to purchase the ones that were self pollinators. My other persimmon is younger, has not fruited yet. Maybe this spring it will hold a couple and we will see how it does. 🤞
