For the non-Brittish people like me that struggle with understanding the first joke (took me ~10min) Anita Gofredump -> I need to go for a dump (= I need to have a sh*t)
Second joke is much easier to get but here explained as well for you: The pizza guy understands "do you deliver" but the caller actually asked "do you do liver" (= do you make pizzas with liver on it).
And the third one as well of course: The caller asks whether they "do take-away". The pizza guy says yes, because he obviously thinks that they're talking about ordering food and picking it up at the place but the caller actually talked about take-away as in subtraction.

Fake shit. Here's why.... The first takeaway asks "how soon can you get here?". This is important to get the conversation going. There is not a take away on this planet that asks the customer how soon they can get to them. Take always tell YOU when to come... E.g. "be ready in 20 mins Sir". The second takeaway notes the order and is about to hang up when he says "ok thank you...". Why hasn't he asked for a delivery address or number or postcode? He also says "oh you're coming to collect it...oh... oh... when you coming." Again, why asking when the customer is coming? You tell the customer when to come by.
