Notice a mistake in your video. You lose 3 fame points for every dollar you are short to pay your manager. Note from page 10 of the rules: Remember - your manager is not your friend! They can do powerful things for you, but they have a contract with you (and a very good lawyer!)

Looks like the expansion just made the game longer. For me though I am happy with what 9 rounds is. Purely making it longer won’t change my view on the game

If I want to always play with the Matcha expansion (thus ditch the old player board), will I be able to fit everything inside the original box? Looks unlikely...

Love the White Castle and this looks like a solid expansion. One thing we enjoy about the game is how tight resources and worker placement spots are. Do you think the Matcha expansion opens things up a bit and makes the game a little less tense?

Hey, devirians! We have found a couple of mistakes in the video: - At the town hall, we will exploit the river and another DIFFERENT terrain hex, but NOT another river hex. - In addition, all the meeples that we put at the workshops in the town hall district can be any color the player wants, regardless of what color is the meeple in the previous workshop. We hope this is helpfull!

Must say, a this games seems like it competes gainst war of the ring and a shame that for what I know, there is no way to play it with 3 or 4 players...

'row' is pronounced as 'go' with an 'r' ;) I know, it doesn't make any sense. You'd think it's pronounced as 'now', but it's not.

It would have been better if you actually played the game with someone and explain it as you played. It is a bit confusing the way it is explained.

1) when we place the Orange Apostoles in Last Supper we get points for our followers in the line but do not score points when we put purple in the Last Supper. At the end of the game when we count the points at Last Supper all players get again points by the orange Apostoles in line of the our followers..?! 2) we only discard the cards we play on 3 lines of our board after we visit an Apostole and at the end of our turn ..? 3) the yellow marker we move it when every player turn after all Apostoles on the Table of Last Supper and before we move it when we find the symbol in the cards ..?!

at "Call a follower" could we take a follower from our camp and place it to the Last Supper or we place him into a location (mountain desert)?!

Man I love Devir games and this game looks fun but how did you guys approve this graphic design? Those phones? That is some of the worst (and clashing) design I have seen n a while. Also, while the city background looks very charming the city squares with water and patches of grass and concrete look really dated. Overall the visuals are just no match at all to the absolutely gorgeous box cover

We are HUGE Devir fans and cannot wait to play Rock Hard 1977; it was our most highly anticipated game of 2024. We’re dying to do a review of it! Also we loved White Castle and are stoked at the idea of an expansion. We can’t wait!! Fritos also looks like a blast. So much good stuff.

Wow! Me ha surgido una idea para otro juego, como un spin off. Se llamaría Fachas & Rojos. Sería un skirmish wargame con miniaturas. Obviamente, la miniatura de Franco se vendería a parte, como personaje especial. Estaría guay también tener a García Lorca. En el lado de los rojos, claro. Otra expansión podría ser Orwell con las internacionales.
