I saw that the printer cut the double 2x6 template? Does it do automatically when choosing that template or do I need to change something in setting for it to cut?

What slicer you use for this? Im trying to slice a 383mm (X axis) project in Cura (custom printer settings inputted via Creatbot directions) and its not taking...Is the 73mm extruder offset the issue? Ive even scaled down to 75% and still nuttin' I had to scale waaayy down for Cura to slice...Doesnt make sense to me...waiting of response from Creatbot 🤞Kind of useless if I can't use at least most print area
