“S” is for salmon (and for you, Small Fry!). This week we’ll learn about salmon, and then we’ll head off to a picnic with Aurelia and Auntie Carol! They’ll teach us how to make one of their famous and favorite recipes: smoked salmon dip with crackers. Salmon are an important part of the lives of Alaska Native people who have lived off the land for thousands and thousands of years.
