Я тоже реализую подобную анимацию в своём проэкте и я немного поднял камеру над телом и грудь персонажа находится под камерой которой я ограничил поворот вниз (maxUp90, minDown-25 и interpolation до -5) в током случии всё выглядит гладко и невидно что туловище отдельно от рук
