I made exactly this recipe. I added a base of spaghetti sauce and a little cheese. The eggplants had no taste at all. Sorry!

What temperature was the pan supposed to be on? I had mine on very low (3) and it burnt before the the top could cook, and that in under 30 minutes and not the 40/45 minute's recommended, inedible now, top not cooked and the bottom burnt. So I call 🐂💩 on your finished results.
