Our vibratory feeder bowls have paved the way for continued success since 1967. Our custom vibratory automatic parts feeders are designed with your specific project in mind. Our line of standard and scallop centrifugal feeders will provide years of high output parts feeding. Rates as high as 3,000 parts per minute can be sustained with the use of our centrifugal feeders. Our custom-built Hopper Elevators and Bulk Feeders provide exemplary parts handling automation. Various styles are available, including Vertical, Single-bucket & Mini Off-table varieties. Our standard and custom designs come standard with tubular steel construction frames and easily integrate with centrifugal, vibratory & linear feeders. Gravity, Vibratory and Belt Feed styles are also available with safety guarding features, such as fork-lift tubes for mobility, Lexan hopper and conveyor covers. Discharge heights are custom-made to suit your needs. And if you need a gentle-handling design, we can do that too.
Pal Nut System
This is a style of feed system that is utilized when parts cannot backup in the track due to their geometry; mainly thickness.

For this application a servo shuttle was utilized to present the customer with 5 pickable parts every 10 seconds. If a part is not picked, the part present sensor will kick a signal to the release system keeping it from loading the already full pocket.

Here, SEI utilized a down-feeder concept to feed large parts. This is necessary when large parts have a tendency to jam in the return pan of the feeder bowl. A return conveyor is used to recycle unfed parts through the system.

Service Engineering Made my company an incredible bowl. The parts we gave them are bolt retainers that are basically cubes with a hole in the middle made of plastic. Because they are cubes and extremely light, they are very difficult to orient with the hole up so we can inspect them on our vision machine. These folks managed to make a bowl that not only does this but does it at 500 ppm. In addition, this machine has operated 24 hours a day for YEARS with ZERO adjustments having to be made by our technicians. They are professionals and know how to deliver quality. Unfortunately we had a difficult new part a while back and they were our first choice. I was told they no quoted. Not that I blame them. It was a challenge and being that they do such great work, I'm sure that they had a ton more work that was easier. We'll hit you guys up real soon to build the second machine for that same part. The competition's bowl couldn't keep up. We'll see how it goes. If you're here because you are shopping around for a bowl, stop here. Sadly, our bowl video isn't up here but if it was, you would get it.

I've been working with bowl feeders and inline feeders for over 30 years , and I've also worked with several of these guys units. They are some of the best that I have come across , they can be very creative at solving issues. While some things can be easy to feed , others are not so straight forward.
