The lyrics aren't actually Italian, it's actually just random words in Latin. They did that so it would fit in any context of the show. If you go to Elin Carlson's website she says so.

I was in chorus all through high school just requires using the abdominal muslces correctly to get the diaphram to move and thus hitting the really high notes. It's been two years since high school so it takes a lot of practice to remember how to do it. *nods* ^^ And thanks deary.
