Hi, I have a 5 inch vinyl bead seal with a relatively flat floor. It was working well for the first few months after installation. Now, there is a small tear on the far left side of the seal and it continues to flip forward towards the outside (when closing) on that far side and results in a gap between the seal and the floor on this side when the door is closed. Do you have any advice for fixing or resolving this issue? Thanks

Could I screw that last one wayne dalton one inch wide PVS retainer to the bottom of my metal garage door as I do not have much to screw onto as the bottom lip of my door is split, and I only have an inch to work with. Great video. Another I watched vendor video who said the circular seal was the only type Clopay made which is incorrect. I have the dual track T channel and I learned here it could be 1/4" or 5/16" . Thanks for clearing that up. I cut my seal and laid it down and saw the two T tracks forming a U shaped seal vs. the circular single channel seal. This video has kept me from purchasing the wrong seal. Thanks again.

my issue is the top sweep, when it's cold the seal is making it's own hard 90 degree turn, causing about a 1" gap at the top of the door right in the center, the T strut does nothing, sides of the door are as tight as possible just before it creates too much friction to operate smoothly. top of the line clopay doors installed by a shitty company in austin called Cowart, they had to come out 13 times to make several adjustments on both doors and left me with this mess on a 1 year old new home.

you might want to add info on how and when you should use them. I am looking at redoing the garage door on our house, and this didn't tell me what brushes should be used for. Like are they better for icy areas?
