That manga cafe is more a hotel with food, arcade and overnight sleep! Also bet they got detective conan there. Any english translated titles? Some have added english versions to lure in American tourist.
I also like Detective Conan! Unfortunately, there were no manga in English.

Fuel in Japan is cheaper than in the UK too, which was most surprising. It's worth hiring a car. A bike in Ishigaki won't get you very far in the incredibly humid, hot summer heat. No chance. You might as well walk if you're going to stick to the port area. A car will get you all over the gentle, peaceful, safe roads of the entire island and I think you'd struggle horribly with a bicycle trying to get to, say, Yonehara Beach area.
