So what i did hear was that when the pediatrician prescribes poly visol (iron) to a breastfeed baby this is counter productive and almost hurtful to development??

I have hand expressed milk to entirely fill bottles, and that is not the way I learned it. That looks painful, but the way I did it was not painful. No wonder that you feel pain hand expressing. Ouch!!!!

Thanks for this video I have also done it all I breastfed seven children my last are twins I've had jaundice baby and other issues but I managed to push forward and breastfeed them all for one year each I am taking the test to become an ibclc next month
