Jones Run Falls | Shenandoah
We took a trip back to Shenandoah and Loft Mountain Campground, but this time we had a plus one. We went down Jones Run Falls and had an absolute blast.

The taco doesn't always have to take us far, our back yard is fun enough. Just a little rollerblading at the oceanfront and a picnic on the beach. Added to the truck is: -Prinsu Roof Rack -Roam Adventure Awning -TRD Pro Style Grill with Raptor Lights -6 Gallon homemade potable water tank -Rear Headliner Molle Panel

I just visited this park and already planning to go back. We didn't have enough time to explore the trails so next time will definitely be camping there. Btw love the videos and little history bits, please post more!!! You're so good at it!

This is such a great VA state park. The first camping I ever did was there in the 1970s with a girlfriend whose dad would go down and set up the campsite during the week. He always got a big campsite just to the left of the main gate when you come in. Back then there wasn't much traffic after 6pm on Shore Drive so noise was a non-issue. We'd go down Friday evening. Then it was still called Seashore State Park. Such great memories.
Ive been going to this state park the last three years every other weekend...I never knew they had trails! Going here soon, gonna have to find these and give them a shot!

I wish I could but I don't think I'm going to make it out this year! Life kinda took over :( But for real just walk up to people around a fire and you'll be welcome! If I know of anyone going out there I can let you know!
I've been to most of the Virginia State Parks and this is still my favorite. Not only does it have awesome trails, but it has a wide variety of scenery. And, it's 10 minutes from our house.

Hey I live in Williamsburg and we're going again this year. Maybe a caravan? We were in the gladiator with the roofnest and the utility trailer with the rtt on it.

Trust me the sky was lit up with stars. Beautiful view of the milky way plus all the campfires around the field

Nice 👍 I paddled the entire middle Delaware. Beautiful river with some amazing views and tons of free wilderness campsites available for and accessible by paddlers only. You should try it sometime. I highly recommend the sites on namanock island. (Put in at Milford pa, camp overnight at one of the namanock island sites and take out at bushkill pa)
I love the river. I grew up there but never took advantage of it. That sounds like an awesome trip though to paddle to your next camp spot
