Be aware that their advertising can be false. I order a 240W charger with an angled L-shaped adapter for my MSI laptop. Turns out the their adapter doesn't fit my laptop, despite their advertising that adapter fits ALL MSI laptops. The charger technically connects to my laptop as a straight cable (without L-shaped adapter), but its useless to me without adapter as cable takes too much side space when coming out of laptop (so I can't place the mouse next to my laptop). I was trying to talk to their support about it, but they are absolutely horrendous. It took many, many days and back and forth to even explain the issue as they seem to have intelligence of the 5 year old and the memory of the goldfish. They barely understand basic English and I needed to explain the the same thing over and over again. Its like talking to a brick wall. Once they understood the issue they just disappeared (as it can't really be fixed, but they also didn't adjust their advertising) So my experience with SlimQ was pretty bad. Wasted time and money buying useless adapter and then talking to their horrible customer support. Oh! And in terms of weight reduction it is not that great either. The adapter itself is quite a bit lighter than my original one, but the cables themselves are much heaver actually. So in total the weight reduction is quite small. Certainly a lot less weight reduction than I expected.

Yea, the thing is that Mac is way better if you see it in another ways, mainly for things like video editing (like what I mostly do), definitely I have a Ryzen 9 and the exact M3 Macbook that is displayed here, and macbook wins for a lot in terms of actual work fluency while editing maybe in terms of rendering windows crushes my mac, but where I actually spend way more time is in the work process per se, and Im refering to softwares like Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve. And also theres the AMAZING battery life and lightweight that just makes it the perfect match for what I need it for. But, yea in terms of rendering, my Ryzen 9 wins. So I think I use one for one thing and one for another thing, I cannot say that one is better than the other, and if you say that, maybe you are too biased to one extreme or the other…. In a nutshell, both amazing for their respective use, no complains lol

i tried dead space 2023 which is Platinum on whiskey page and it dont work with any settings i tried. with msync without dvkx it load game but after move isac disappear and game freeze (only menu works), with dvxk it even didnt lanunch i have new m3 pro 12core latest os, whiskey and so on… anyone who tried this game ?

I don't trust parallels, they are transmitting your personal data to their servers, I experienced it. I have no idea about data safety on vmware.

Something is not right here. With metal on, on M1 Pro, you get from 120-300 fps..

I bought my g14 ryzen 9 4060 2023 model june of 2023, i got it on sale it was $1,249 when retail was $1,599 then and still to this day bestbuy has my model for $1,599. Its a great laptop i havnt had any issues with it, i upgraded the ram to 32gb from 16gb, and the storage to 2tb from 512gb. I have a desktop 4080 i9 liquid cooled and this laptop can hold its own at 1440p or 1600p, to be fair the desktop at 4k can still give me very high fps depending on the game but for a portable laptop for the price and i use it everyday for everything its great.

The smaller macbook Pro M3 Pro is throttled. Heat. The M2 Pro is faster for rendering. I like to have a Mac and Windows. Different tools for different situations.

If people buying a macbook for gaming? No smart, yes, if you rich enough, no problem but if you wanna game and you want a laptop and no desktop and wanna give 2000 euro and more, then you have to buy a windows gaming laptop. I bought i desktop, best choice for home gaming. But a macbook for gaming, it can for a few years i think. But i wanna play on max settings, not on 1-5 , bceause on the high settings you see objects better and so on.
