They do however offer incentives on homes that they have had in inventory for awhile so you can find good deals by shopping those. I have seen interest rates on some as low as 3.875 % offered by some builders in the area. I am not sure about Sarasota and Lithia however I'm sure they have new construction out there just not sure about all the details in that area. I can refer you to a good agent in that area that would be happy to help you.

Pine ridge has an annual HOA of $96-$118 no CDD. Citrus Springs has no HOA or CDD. I see the wire shelfs in a lot of builds. With some builders depending on which stage you contract at you can get them to install something different more suitable to your needs. Thanks for watching.

There is Lake Rousseau. That's not far from Citrus Springs. You can put in at the dam on Lake Rousseau. There is also the Withlacoochee River and the Rainbow River in Dunnellon.
