The True Nightrunner achievement worked in the beginning but broke due to an update. I wouldn't be surprised if the same happened for this achievement. Best you can do is report it to techland and then play the waiting game like I have for the past 6 months for the True Nightrunner achievement.

@@Sjrr meant to come back to this but i found the problem, even though the other 4 challenges dont have medals i still had to complete them once for the achievement, and it popped (so complete all 16 challenges offered by severus)

I haven't played this game in a long time but from what someone else said in the comments on this video I wouldn't be surprised if Techland has made changes to the challenges. If the time is still the same at 30 seconds for gold and you only get one grenade that challenge will be pretty much (if not) impossible. I can't remember what difficulty I played these challenges on exactly but I think it was easy, so if you haven't already try changing your difficulty to that? Since you get less loot based on difficulty (not sure if it applies to this case though.) If you already have done this then I'm honestly not sure what you can do here sorry.

@@Sjrr it took me ages to complete it, but I did finally end up doing it. I had to max out my throwing knives damage and run a full stamina build.

@@Gui-lo1ry How did you do that? since some update it's actually almost completely impossible. Improve the throwing knives. Doesn't help, because you get your own for the challenge.

@@hunderobuff5418 With the new legend levels, it may be much easier if you upgrade the one-handed weapon section.

Late response sorry, but if you still haven't figured it out you just attack while using a rope, grapplehook or the airglider.

Left Alt on Pc. There's a setting atleast on pc in the options where you can have a keybind for the grapple hook itself without having to use an inventory slot. Don't know if this is possible on console.

If you want the reward yes but it's bugged at the moment so chances are you won't even get it anyway if you get gold.

Sorry was on vacation, you just left-click when you grab something or are doing an action such as using the paraglider etc. Be careful using it though cause yes you gain a lot of speed but you also lose a lot of height, therefore, you can die from fall dmg performing it repeatedly in quick succession.
