For weight loss? More than i eat in 2 days combined and im trying to bulk up
1200 kcal is not sustainable and will lead you to Yo-Yo your weight back on once you've finished your diet. It looks like you're eating varied, I do believe slightly bigger portions of this will mean you will still lose weight and not gain so much weight back. Weight loss is about your health, but losing weight faster does not make you healthy, it makes you weak.
Hey sis i congratulate you on your weight loss journey and i encourage you to continue it but i encourage it in that you do it in a way thats a little more healthy as a black man its my job to watch out for and protect our black women, im telling you, eat just a little bit more maybe add in a snack or two in the middle of the day it doesnt have to be huge but anything under 1500 calories isnt healthy if you happen to be a little bit bigger you only need 500 calories below your regular daily calorie intake to see healthy results and if you arent big and are already on a 500 calorie defecit briging you to the 1200 calories youre eating now you probably dont really even need to be on a diet anyway. all love sis, if you are having trouble with weight or anything in your go see a doctor and talk about it with them but God made you beautiful so do what betters you and what makes you happy.
