Aron Dahl is a composer, filmmaker, sound synthesist and singer. He has been deeply involved with a diverse array of sound practices: acoustic improvised music, techno, noise, songwriting, minimalism and ritualistic music, as well as working as a composer with classical ensembles.
Following up on the critically acclaimed and highly personal album Loosening Orions Belt, Aron Dahl returns with another stunning collection of songs in 2024. Moth / Flame elaborates on the deeply personal style of his debut, which garned international attention with its ambitious song cycle that wrapped themes of transcendental love and sex in analog synths, heartfelt melodies and chamber music.
