@@Elderly_Wisdom Right out the gate I'd title it as a "what if" rather than a factual incident. Had that perspective been announced out of the gate, I could have taken this with its actual intent rather than the presentation you went for. 1: Don't assume the intelligence of the audience, remember that Americans (who are the ones who use fractions in the first place) insisted that a 1/3 lbs. hamburger was smaller than a 1/4 lbs hamburger... 2: Spell some of it out. You came at this with a kind of documentary approach, but you left a LOT of details to be assumed. Breed of dog for example doesn't sound important, but for some of your audience it will be. (Kinda like the OPSEC aspect jumped out at me... guess what I became accustomed to through my day-to-day...) 3: Find a couple kernels of truth. Beyond personality and country of origin, what would your average audience member know about your subjects. Work from that point, grab a few tidbits of actual instances, and THEN weave the narrative. Kind of like a magic trick, some of your audience will WANT to be deceived, while others will know how the trick is done but will enjoy others reactions to it. A good book / story works along those lines. Give them enough to grasp as real, and then let their minds try to fill in the blanks. With stories, the fewer BIG blanks, the better.

@@Elderly_Wisdom Had one other thought as an example. Keanu went through a ton of training between the various movies. Specifically with the Wick series, he got good and stuck in and really did rock most of the weapons handling in the films. That being said, he didn't do ALL of it but with the skills that he demonstrated, most people assume he did. I can say he came up with a new reload method for pistols, which competition shooters have since adopted... All because he was training for the film.
