First tune sounds as if it were commercialized (ho ho ho) IRON MAN. This is an important band. DOLPHY will never receive his due but he lead bands I would hire . HUBBARD played well here. He's as clear as a bell. Player is more than material that "brokethrough" to a "wider audience". Man...this is excellent straight ahead jazz...until DOLPHY plays.

Wish I had the time to really discover all of the works of the brilliant Kurt Weill. Mostly familiar with his short 'show songs' but he was no slouch composer of larger works.
