For some reason, when I do exactly what you've said, Distribute Columns Evenly is not even an option when I right-click. 😟

How do I only get it to print the rows and columns with data? I tried only highlighting the data and then check marking the row and column headings box but it is selecting everything causing multiple blank pages under the preview print option for me.

I have (perhaps) a valuable query (Or two+) for all of us out here trying to tell stories with decent formatting,,, 1= Does the Version of Word matter? 2= Can we do this in Notepad. Wordpad or other programs? 3= Can we change the Font Styles for first letter only" And finally 4= Can we make the letter go upwards not downwards or above height rather-than below height or a centered split of both over as-well under the rest of the line or lines?
