Oats that are not labeled Gluten Free has gluten in them. They add gluten powder to the oats. When I eat the ones that are labeled GF, I don't get the migraine I get when I eat the other type. Thanks for all you do.

i do not think this is a true gluten free meal....bouillon cubes are not gluten free,,,,also the butter ball is suspect

YUM!! Looks delicious! Aussies don't have vegetable shortening.... I wish we did! The closest to what you have is Copha but it has a funny tang to it, but worth trying it in this recipe. Then I checked to see if we can buy butter flavour extract & finally found somewhere online as it's not in our local stores, but we'll hunt for it. I use the same ingredients, but as I react to corn, I have to leave the cornflour out & it still works well..... thankfully! Not quite as good but will have to do for me. I'll have to try again soon to see if my body still reacts badly to corn & cornflour! Thanks for the recipe!
