Tier level only applies to barrel strength bottles. Regular single barrel is proofed down to 100 proof effectively killing off any benefit tier level may have had.

I think all of us dads have suffered from dickiedo from time to time. One day at a time and set attainable monthly goals. I hit 55 next week and have had 3 knee surgeries so I tend to use the elliptical. Look forward to seeing you in a Speedo 😎💪
