What we study in leadership lessions ( Even case studies come from West leadership) . We have different Cultures Economic and Political set up . As Dr. Balu said leadership can be learned. But the learning differ from one environment to the other environment

Yes but cretches etc increases the need for labour you can't need "cheap" labour. Pvt employers managing janitor etc class and putting part time workers is way more practical than the culture of maids etc no where does this exist . We must always be able to voice against the " Need of cheap labour ".
