petero ,go to Hoima ,otuwwe updates ku stadium ,tugenda kuswaala when hoima is not constructed ,this yr only 4 months remaining to end the year ,nothing is taking place ,are they going to build the stadium for only 13 months ???????????? CAF Is coming back in october of next yr to verify the work ,nothing is going on in hoima ,

UPDF should take over most of uganda's projects for renovations and maintenance, they can do a great job.
