Dallasandros is the most popular of the spots you tried but a lot of us feel it’s the most overrated. John’s Roast Pork and Angelo’s blow all these places away .. not even close. Giordano’s to pizza is Dickeys to BBQ. One in every suburb like Gino’s East. Try Pequods, or a dozen different local spots. And don’t get take out, I don’t pretend I got it fresh when I walk out of Buc ees and eat it 45 minutes down the road, as much as I respect the chain. Just like y’all have a bbq spot every few miles in NC, same as here in Florida, Chicago has the same for dogs and sandwiches. Can’t help you with the hot dog, that’s how they make them. I never cared for them either. But if you went to say Lucky’s in Wrigleyville, you could have had a legit sandwich of any type, including a beef. At a chain like Al’s, you could get a dry sandwich and have it topped in a dozen ways too. Everyone and their mother likes it made different, now that you’ve had the original, try a different way! Thanks for watching our video and giving us your knowledge. We did not have much time in Chicago as we were there for work. We did make it downtown on our last day and walked from what used to be the Sears Tower to the park with the Clarence F. Buckingham Memorial Fountain. Then we went north and walked the river walk and ended our day at Ohio Street beach. You have a very beautiful city and we never felt scared like how other on the internet make your city out to be. Then as a kid my grandparents took me on a road trip around America. unfortunately, we made it to San Francisco and then we went east to Salt Lake City. You know it man I "Michael" 100% ranked Isabibbless my favorite in Philly so far. We will have to give their second location a try for sure next time. If you have never tried the Jay's Steaks that is a little outside of Philly link is in our discretion below that Chicken Philly with the onion something cheese was really that good. I played it down in the video just because we are doing a Philly steak review. It is a must try. Thanks for letting us know Jims is back open. We look forward to enjoying your city again next year. The line was crazy long, but it took about 25 minutes for a full turnaround. We ordered and got our sandwiches really fast. Dalessandro's steaks are a must try place. The only reason they are not my favorite steak and cheese is that just the bread was a little mushy and falling apart. It's still a solid choice all day every day.
