    seems pretty fine to me. I think what matters more is what kinds of meal she is eating, you know calorie in and calorie out. How much protein and carbs etc. Intermitent diet doesnt work if you are still eating junk when you do eat.

    Two meals a day and intermittent fasting can be healthy if done correctly. It allows your gut to heal and rest. Eating two meals without snacks is fine if you get enough nutrients. However, you must eat to maintain a healthy body. Starving yourself won't make you happy, regardless of your weight. More importantly, just because you're the same height as someone doesn't mean you have the same "body type." Her weight may be healthy for her, but not for everyone. Please stop comparing your "weight" and start learning about your body structure. This way, you can create a diet and routine that suits your body, instead of following what worked for someone else.

    That sounds pretty normal to me. Breakfast is essential because that’s right after your resting metabolism have exhausted all of your body energy. Breakfast replenish those loss of nutrients. The reason why she takes lunch instead of supper is because she wants her body to enter interminent fasting or in other words longer RMR to burn off excess fats on her body. This is actually pretty good for her since she doesn’t need to workout and just practice choreography all day.

    Wow... I mean, not eating snacks and eating only 2 meals is not shocking, I also do that. But the fasting is way too long. If she eats at 4/5pm it's very late so it means that she spends almost the entire day without eating. Moreover, fasting for more than 15 hours can cause endocrine disruption for women.

Like for example, it's not recomanded to fast more than 15 hours for women because it can disturb endocrine functioning and can contribute to loss of periods. And here she's fasting for 16h EVERYDAY. It's different for men, they can fast longer than us cause they don't have this issue. And I don't think doing your entire day without eating at all is a good thing. Even with fasting you can chose to eat earlier.

    Guys. Please don't limit your food intake and don't follow these. It can make you anorexic. Here and now doing intermittent fasting is good for health as it gives your digestive organs a rest but having this as lifestyle is not healthy.     For those who don’t know the negative effects of starvation and low body weight: You can have tachyarrithmyias which is where your heart will start to beat irregularly and fast. Can cause death and this causes the most deaths due to super low BMI. You can loose too much muscle and your heart will suffer as a result because it is also a muscle whose walls will become thinner. This is very dangerous. Next you can experience hair loss, be cold alot, and depression is common. It is not worth looking thin and loosing your health. I’m in med school and I hope people can learn the truth about dangerous dieting. It is better to eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise to loose fat. Take care of your body, it is not an accessory, it is what keeps you alive.
