Cats purr at a specific range or frequency that have been shown to have healing properties and effects. When your cat lies on top of you and purrs, they're sharing that healing property with you and effectively trying to heal you.

Does anyone have an explanation as to why one of my cats drools all over me. I’ve heard Ohh he likes you. I’ve had many cats that were loved and loved me back, but never has one drooled on me from the second he jumps on my lap. I was even awoken a few nights ago with drool dripping into my eyes. YUCK Not fun! I’d really like to find a way to stop this if possible, without hurting his feelings.

My cat is crazy about me. ❤❤ We rescued her from a shelter about 3 years ago. She was abandoned on the streets of Indianapolis. She was such a skinny little thing, short-haired tuxedo. I'm the first person she saw when we got home and opened up that ridiculous box the shelter gives you. She has grown into the most beautiful long-haired tuxedo. She has chosen me as her human and shows me love and affection every day by way of all these things you have shown on this video except for the mouse, she does NOT want to go outside because of the trauma she suffered on the streets.

Me and my wife have 2 cats. One (Freda) sleeps at our feet, the other (Spicy) sleeps on our pillows pretty much wrapped around our heads, sometimes he sprawls out on our stomach/chest. I also have ASD, so they do a lot to help with my inherent anxiety, depression, insomnia, etc. and due to the Autism, I suffer from crippling migraines. I swear they can tell when they’re coming before I even feel the start of the effects. They stay by my side the entire time. If the migraine lasts the usual 10-12 hours, even when I’m getting violently ill, they stay right by my side.

My current cat Shadow was abandoned when she was about 2 weeks old so she never really learned how to do the kneading. what I found that she does in exception to that is sucking on my finger as if she was being fed a bottle which she had done when she was young.

my cat reminds .e when it is bedtime, he waits patiently for me to go to bed, he jumps on the bed, its as if he is tucking me in with his paws, then after about 15 minutes he disapears.

At my last job this stray cat always approached me. It was a restaurant job and at the end of the day, lots of food is tossed out. I would often give her pieces of steak or chicken and she started waiting for a certain time. Before tossing stuff in the dumpster, I would put steak and chicken in an aluminum bowl for them.

I often wake up with my cat with me in bedm when I sleeo he joins me without waking me up, He lets me sleep. When I really wake up I prepare my coffee and his breakfast with my cat on my shoulder, having a ride on my shoulder is his way ro celebrate that I am awake again.

I adopted a cat a week ago and I think she's really grateful to me. Gives me love bites too, kisses my cheeks and grooms my hair and meows at me all the time like she's talking to me. Melts my heart everytime

My cat isn't a lap cat but if im home he has to be attached to me somehow be it one paw touching me or him plopping his whole body down across my chest and stomach or down my side he has to maintain contact with me if im home! There is a new medication for cats who suffer from joint pain. This is the first medication that has been approved and for my furbaby, it has helped her tremendously.

he just sent me a sick one..just doing everything i can to help him out he has cancer showed up as a stray. hes still eating tho. well have as much fun as we can till he cant do it anymore. i love this little cat

It saddens me a bit that my kitten doesn't do any of these besides the occasional purr. I took her a couple months ago from a friend who fostered her from the street, and she's a real menace. I'm waiting for her to outgrow her rebellious stage and relax a little and bond with me, but until then and forever after I'll protect and care for her

I love how so many cat haters say cats are not loyal they kind of people really don’t understand cats and what they actually do it’s certainly something dogs won’t understand they just see them and stare but nothing else whereas cats if they feel if the spirit is a threat they will next to you and protect you so this is amazing thank you
