Here's a quick particle effect created by applying my own tool.

In case of simple unidirectional bar geometry, we can all use this method to offset the noise. It's worth noting that unlike sampling noise with uv, this method adds a noise offset to a bar and does so seamlessly. A more generalized method will be updated later.

It is drived by curvature or gradient field, is much more faster than point cloud method.
