Sister I have raised up strong prayers to the Lord for our brother Eric. These are perilous times, and I am constantly praying for wisdom and discernment in all matters, for all saints, and obedience to the will of our father in heaven, in Jesus name. If we suffer for welldoing that’s good; if there was any misstep on Eric‘s part, and he recognizes that, he can repent of that because we never want to give even the appearance of evil because it does not glorify the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. But only the Lord and Eric and the perpetrators know the full extent of the circumstances. My prayer is that Eric will be at peace, I pray that as Paul and Silas he may find it in his heart to rejoice and pray and praise and sing while in jail; I pray he will have the heart to continue to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ while he’s there also. We know that some of us will have tribulation 10 days in the end times (although I don’t think this is probably that - I think that’s more when we get to the martyrdom phase/resisting the mark of the beast etc.); but perhaps such a trial as this can be turned to the good for the glory of God. But with all my heart I do pray that the Lord would protect him, strengthen him in faith and peace; and give him favor and quick release him from jail as I accept your evaluation that this was entrapment and wickedness by the darkness against the saints of the light of Jesus Christ. Be at peace, my dear sister, may the Holy Spirit comfort you in this distress (also the terrible incident of the dog fight and that evil set-up); and my prayers will continue with you and with Eric. Some people will come out of it, as the affliction grows. That’s why they are told to be faithful unto death.

Jesus told all of Israel they are desolate, and they will not see him until they cry out to him. So things are going to get much worse for them, and I believe only a third of all of them are going to come through this.
