Oh my god. I can't WAIT to see the morning and 5 pm bridge traffic. It will take 4 hours to get through the 13th street intersection. Traffic will be backed up from Russell to Catlettsburg (pack a lunch), there will be a constant stream of low speed auto accidents, and road rage will cause a constant flow of body bags from the area. CONSTANT confusion. What a mess. What a ridiculous waste of money, space and time. How about spending all that money on developing downtown businesses? Giving tax incentives and monies to ordinary people, as opposed to billionaire developers and being dedicated to helping mini and even micro businesses get started. Some nice restaurants that aren't a part of national chains. How about a CIVIC CENTER? A small airport? Create a place people will WANT to visit, instead of a one horse sh**thole that rolls up the sidewalks at dusk and people flee at 5 o'clock. Eliminate some city taxes and actually invite people to LIVE here. Everyone crosses the bridge from Ohio to work, and leave at 5pm to go home to their residence in Ohio, where you pay ONE tax ONE time, and actually OWN the house you buy. Nothing is EVER going to succeed here. Every law, tax and statute here, seems intended to drive away business and residents. Angle parking on Winchester. TWO LANES in the most congested area in the entire city. This is NOT planning.

The round abouts and backup parking will never work until you can get good paying job here in Ashland then downtown Ashland is a waste of time

Don't quite understand the new logo. Is Ashland some kind of music mecca that we use a treble clef sign for the letter d in Ashland? The colors are too passive, kinda like the leadership.

The new logo sucks. Sorry but that treble clef sign looks contrived as the letter d. Whoever designed this has no knowledge about typography.

Typical Ashland. We can't do anything to create real change. Put in those roundabouts but don't allow businesses in town that could bring in tax money. You all really need a reality check. This town is dying because of you.

Yo can you guys fix the audio for the past 3 streams you guys have had the worse audio..

The treble clef sign taking the place of the letter d in Ashland of the new logo does not work. It looks very contrived. And why the pastel colors? A logo needs to work well in black and white as well as in color. This one fails on both levels. A first year graphic designer would know this.

Audio is crap

This virtual presentation doesn't really get it that well. We've closed Winchester down for festivals. Why not close it down for a few hours for those blocks and between Greenup & Carter then have someone or two drive and park in the same way this presentation shows. Have a drone record it so people can get a better idea.I've heard people older than me complain about what angled parking was like. I love the way it looks. But no lights gets a little scary to most. So it would be nice to see how it plays in actuality. I went through art alley around the rush hour and was coming out at 15th St. and was a little nervous because a car seemed to come out of nowhere fairly fast. I managed to brake in time. But it was a little scary. I tried it again a few days later to see if it was maybe just the time. I was able to come out a little quicker. But it would have been so nice to have a large mirror on the side of the building to see what was coming

Chillicothe, Ohio is more comparable to Ashland than Greenville. Greenville's population is literally five times the size of Ashland. Chillicothe has five different types of industry in and around their city. Only after years of building up industry did their downtown follow. You want to buy the groceries before you buy the cart or the wagon. I think the local high schools have more competency in their student councils than you ignorant people.

There is MORE to Ashland than just downtown. Your quilt is on fire chuckle heads. You are JOKES!

Hey it'd be nice if you would wait to "so moved" until it's apparent that you've had long enough to even hear it and understand what he said, or long enough to second it that he's even finished the sentence. As it is you move and second it so fast and absolutely always vote yes that it's apparent that there is no consideration to what he's even saying, you're just simping to anything that someone else has already said. It's like you're just a bunch of puppets that can't wait to appease the person who tells you what to think.
