This Condo isn't the Base but it's the Centric Sea Pattaya Condominium Tower B (maybe Tower A) also on the Second Road near Soi 6.

I tend to agree with the feeling here. It's cold, uninviting, and not well appointed. All wrong, as so many are. I'm not pushing myself forward, but I'm a retired interior/high end kitchen designer, and these folk throw their money away. If this was planned to it's a full potential, then it might just get some way to it's price. As it is, renovated, only to be ripped out and start again, 50-60k. It is a studio, not a one bedder. I know The Markland, it's nice building in a great location, but this place looks as if someone's moved out in a hurry. As for over exposed bathrooms, no way. Give me privacy, electric lighting and an extractor fan every time, over this borrowing of light trend.

NO WAY! Basically needs to be gutted and totally re-done. Very dated everything. Only thing worth keeping would be the Murphy bed in 3rd bedroom. Try 18-20 million and probably still to high.
