I’m 3-hrs in and can’t understand why Eliza hasn’t clued-in long ago that a lack of finances are at the root of the changes. I suppose that as it’s never been an issue before - it hasn’t ever entered her mind that it ever could be(?). This book is alright, but seems geared for a young audience; some good Characters - but feel that the story (and Characters) lack depth, complexity and nuance. I doubt I’ll listen to another of this series, though I’m sure that there are Others who would enjoy them. Thank-You for uploading!

I find main character stupid and not worth listening to.
This is just as good as the first book. Such taut, skilful plotting and writing, it had me up half the night.

1.30 I am already hooked on this book. Another auther I tried to listen 2 had to many angles to really enjoy. Narrator also good. 7.25
