How electronic keyboards, digital pianos, and drums are made in China? 2023 is the 40th anniversary of MEDELI musical instruments, one of the biggest Chinese manufacturers of electronic instruments, including musical keyboards, digital pianos, and drums. I was invited on behalf of cndzq.com, a Chinese keyboard user community to have a tour of MEDELI's factory, DELI Industrial Park, to see how electronic instruments are made in China.
The tour really deeply expressed me as I was born in a small city in the northeast of China, which used to be the key place of heavy industry. MEDELI factory located in ZHUHAI city, GUANGDONG province, is a representative of how Chinese industries moved from north to south, and how Chinese manufacturing improved in those years.
MEDELI is also a main OEM factory for multiple overseas musical instrument brands. I hope this video will be evidence that instruments made by MEDELI are good in quality and reliable in performance, and maybe some people are also interested in touring the factory :-).
