Good video, like ...
7:03 - The C1…one of the last projects done by Commonwealth Engineering (the Australian licensee of the Budd Company) for the LIRR…
It was good 4 me 2. All of my family together in 1 place. Made me very happy and proud. Dad
I love this video. I've been to 95% of these locations. The abundance of heritage units is icing on the cake. Bravo!
What software did you use to edit with I love the ending/fading effects
Great!
Awesome when can meet for 2024
*i think csx is winning*
I’m excited for the next Buffalo Trains video!
Coming soon!!
Where was this?
Buffalo, NY
@@americanrails Oh, for some reason I thought it was Pennsylvania.
what kind of videocamera do you use? Great videos
Sorry, I left the M.O.W. switch open.
When will 2023 trains be out
The 2023 video should be out in early 2024. I’ll be filming for that video until the end of the year. Thanks for watching!
@@americanrails yea Buffalo is where I rec
@@americanrails could we meet up
Fantastic video 🇬🇧
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!
The engineers don't wave from the trains, not like did back in 1954!
THIS MADE MY DAY TO SEE LMAOO
I enjoyed this ❤
I CANT- 💀💀 NS and CSX may be rivals, but their both the best too me 🤣🧡
Wonderful
Great Video, This again show's just how Good the Rail Recovery Division's of our Railway Operations are, Team Work and plenty of it here as you have shown in this Video, I am in Australia and not in the service of Rail, Just a fan as such but I know Team Work when I see it, Well done to yourself on the Video, A Big Thumbs Up and also to the Respective Rail Recovery Team, Great Job.
👀👀🚂🚂 great video
When are railroad companies include a clause for te investors, stating that MOW will pass before their profit margins, and that Congress will pass a law in regards to it?
When? My answer would be...never.
He's just trying to say CSX is better than NS
Thank you for soothing my soul a bit. I have will say a facination with trains mixed with emotion over the slight fear . ( I love the tracks too, they tell stories if you listen) I shall walk someday and hear the whistle again just as I did each and every night as a child....
Better luck next time NS.
This is a turkey amazing catch, not only did both trains have foreign power, but the engineers were very cool. Great catch!
Wonderful video quality mate, what camera are you using?
We live just outside the village- watched this lift in person- hard to believe, watching in person. And talk about luck…. Had that diesel come off the track 100 feet sooner, it would have leveled a retail shop. If it had gone 100 feet further, it would have likely demolished the historic railroad station standing there…!
Great compilation! 👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you!
@@americanrails you’re welcome 😉
Wow wow very nice video 👍 I also do content like that
Did the NS engineer give the CSX engineer the finger after the mirror slap?
Wow i never knew my homestate had these trains I literally brag to see a heritage unit everday in new york and in buffalo they have them?
this reminds me of when I recorded a Florida East coast railway train and a CSXT train in that same position
I like ya cut g
Loved this video. Great memories for me from my time in Pittsburgh.
I like your cut G
Great catches AR and that definitely looks like a great location to catch videos! I snapped pics of several pieces of rolling stock w graffiti. Reason being is I'm doing my own graffiti and weathering on rolling stock now as a side gig. Thanks for sharing this video and I'm viewing it from Delmar, Delaware.
That guy has got some balls standing in the midst of all that heavy equipment.
Wow, 98 cars derailed, I got to give it to the rail way folks that had to deal with this, thats a lot of work. Thankfully there were no deaths or injuries, and most of all, no spills on the Earth.
Amazing trains! I live on the Joint Line so a lot of the trains you saw come down here too!
Hey great video!!!! What type of camera do you use?
Thank you! Filmed in 4K with Sony FDR AX100.
New to this channel and wondering what caused this derailment. Very good video work AR, and I'm viewing this from Delmar, Delaware.
Im local. They left a switch unlocked and someone opened a switch to a dead ended siding
badass video... great imagery.
Thank you!
I operated one of those sidebooms in the 1980s hanging gas lines.
Who did the clean up? Was it RJ Corman?
In a derailment who pays for damage to the railcars? If the railroad, do they have insurance or are they self-insured?
Unless the railroad can pin the cause of the accident on someone else...the railroad that had the derailment pays for the damage. Most short line and regional railroads have insurance. As far as I know Class I railroads are self-insured
Nice job, I enjoyed watching this one. Nice steady pans too. Much appreciated.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!
It's been a long time since I've been in the Harrisburg Pa area, they were still electric trains back then. That was in the late 1960's and everything was going into Harrisburg was using electric locomotives that I can remember.
It's a great railroad town for sure, would've loved to see it back then.
I’m hoping to go up there again but cool shots you got
Thanks! This was my first time there.
