Usually not an issue at the airport, but yes in tourist areas or if there is very high dmand like when it is raining.

Where is cheapest to shop chatuchak or platinum mall?
Vendors pay less rent for outdoor markets like Pratunam and Chatuchak. You may find the prices a little lower for some items when shopping outside compared to Platinum Mall or MBK mall.

This is an interesting question. I checked the Thai websites of some. Avis and Sixt for example, explicitly state they do not accept debit cards at Suvarnabhumi airport. You might have luck with other vendors, but you will need to check first. Good luck and have a nice trip!

Great video. Can I know about which insurance to purchase for car rental which can safeguard me.
I recommend using Budget Rental Car. They include basic insurance with your rental for no extra charge. Some companies ask you to pay more at the rental counter but Budget never has for me.

There are some things in Yarowat that can't be found elsewhere in Bangkok. Thon Buri is nice. Please come enjoy Bangkok, there is so much to see!
