@sneakerdenn a friendly canadian hello to you. as a 50 year old i really enjoyed this video. you def captured the most if not all of the spirit of the 1980's nike basketball shoes. i was hoping you were doing to mention the 1988 air force 3, and the 1988 air jordan 3. the AF-3 doesn't get as much coverage or recognition as it deserves. nonetheless thus video def gave me some intense 1980's feelings, reminiscing about grade school and high school. 💙 the 1988 air jordan, left no doubt in canada and the states, that it and nike were the top dog in the basketball shoe game. converse never recovered from that. to give an idea of cost, the '88 jordans were selling for $140 CAD plus tax. minimum wage in october 1988 was $4.75 CAD. people seemed to have no problem emptying stores and ponying up to pay the prices. i'll def check out your other videos. wishing you al the best in growing your YT channel. 👏🏼 cheers from southern ontario, canada 🍁
