BOARD OF EDUCATION OF TOPEKA KANSAS. I am a Retired Certified Black Man Teacher of 24 years in the American Public School Districts. There is an Evil Conspiracy from variety sectors (Controlled by Racism, greed, arrogance, bullying etc. ) that is not only targeting black principals superintendents, all the way down to Teachers ( both full-time certified/Licensed Substitute Teachers) to Stop us from saving black children; especially our black boys and turning on the light in them by opening up the mind's and hearts of their potential to move forward academically. This is a Spiritual Warfare as well. I just read recently about a black male Superintendent whom that particular School District (I Won't name) used a black mother to go after this successful black Superintendent over an issue that was resolved two years prior and he had to step down. I understand your fight. As a Certified Classroom Teacher, I have had to fight to make sure that all of my students got the most basic and advanced skills in:: Reading, Writing, Speech, Public Speaking, Math, Science And Critical Thinking that Local School District and State Outlined. Yet I still had to fight the naysayers that only wanted my students to fail so that they could become a statistic and part of the Prison Industrial Complex!!! OH NO!!! I was NOT HAVING IT. I was a teacher that would fight with: Due Process, Load's of Documentation and being fair. What we do in that classroom, the HIGH EXPECTATIONS that we black male Teachers have for our students; especially students of color and our impressions (Good, or Bad ) will make a difference and last a lifetime. There is a Conspiracy To Destroy Black Boys and we MUST counter it because those black boys and black children are flesh of our flesh and blood of our blood. I detect that the Conspiracy is coming from a great majority of those white racist feminist starting at the top from the school Board, down to the Superintendents, the black and white female classroom Teachers( Who can't stop Talking SO MUCH) just looking for a way to try and tear a powerful black man down due to jealousy and contempt on many levels. I advise you to FIGHT, FIGHT, AND FIGHT. They are viscous and are RACIST Think-tanks. I suggest that you do some background research by finding out who the culprits are: SUE them, refuse to renew contracts, make some take transfers etc. If you have already followed these steps and have had to step down: Continue to take the advice of your attorney, but watch the culprits and get your vindication if it TAKES EVERY PENNY THAT YOU HAVE. However do be careful, but DON'T BE AFRAID! Our childrens lives are at stake and they need us moseso now than ever. Even though I successfully retired and it wasn't easy, your testimony has just inspired me to return back to teaching: My State Teaching License (Level 4) Middle School Social Science is Still Currently Valid. I'm going thru something similiar right now; corrupt officials were paid to sabotage, undermine, and slander me while they tried to force me onto disability by poisoning my food during one of their home invasion excercises. Rehire this principal what this teacher did she and others did to this principal was wrong. Where is the justice system to protect the right teachers and principals this teacher is wrong and CPS should be fired and going to prison. Our children and parents are at their mercy. Please do right and Christine Davis and others to be fired and no pensions to be given to unrighteous teachers and their superiors let justice be served. This principal should be able to get his job back and get all his pension this teacher is wrong and should be in prison and all others should be in prison who was involved in this fraud and injustice. Fire Christina Davis and other who is involved in theft CPS authorities should be fired and given prison time their pensions should be taken away. Cps should be taken away for targeting good decent black principals in these schools . Please let it be known that God is not pleased with this.
