This is where I lived years back (20 Schilletter Village). Your layout is the mirror image of mine. It was really actually a very nice place to live. The people above me were noisy as heck (they had kids and it appeared as if they had a horse galloping around there all the time; I swear; plus their pipes rusted and leaked all the way down into my bathroom, which was gross). Across the way were other noisy bleeping people who left shoes and stuff all over the hallway. But the apartment itself was really big and pretty nice considering its age. The laundry was just down the block at University Laundry Village. The bus stopped right outside my place and ran very late and very early. Was easy to get to campus/class/work (took less than 5 minutes and I got to ride by the horses everyday!).
Is it furnished?
Yes, it's well furnished!
Mine was. Everything you saw in the video I had. They also provided a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, and cleaning supplies. They gave a small allotment of towels, wash cloths, etc.
