Here are two key requirements to help you understand how easy or hard it may be according to your particular case (there are other requirements that may apply): - Motivation letter from the employer, stating the suitability, functions to be performed, the training that the foreigner has for that occupation, reasons for not hiring a Colombian citizen, and the number of direct jobs generated by the company. - Bank certifications in the name of the employer for the last four (4) months, showing an average monthly income of one hundred (100) Colombian minimum wages (approximately 32,000 USD).
