Awesome, Awesome video I love the Jamestown, Sonora and Columbia area. I get up that way about 3 times a year just driving thru the region is what I need to relaxant rejuvenate. One day I hope to drive the pass eastward then into Reno. Thanks a bunch for the videos.

Haven't been there since my daughter and I stayed at the 2 story hotel/ restaurant and pool. Across from a store / Cafe in the day time, but a honky tonking bar at night, very lively till 2am. Good times

Love Sonora! Lived for short time there. My cousin was the barber, Clarence Clark and his brother Leroy was sheriff, I think. When I lived in Toulumne (?sp) he was constable. Loved the entire area!

I noticed that you were driving up on Stewart street, then Washington St. going by the Sonora High School where my mom’s side of family attended decades ago. Sportsman, Yosemite House, City Park, courthouse, Save Mart Born in 1967 and yes to me it’s home away from home.

It was because of this video that we went to visit the Shinn park today. Such a pretty place!
